Matthew Scarff

Matthew heads up Ofqual’s Field Team, which monitors Awarding Organisations’ delivery of End Point Assessment (EPA), focussed on the validity and comparability of their assessments.

Prior to joining Ofqual, Matthew has held roles in awarding, training provision and policy, all with a focus on Apprenticeships in England.
