With more than 12 years’ experience in the adult education sector, Tad is passionate about delivering high-quality learning and assessment services. His experience ranges across training providers, sector skills councils and awarding organisations, delivering workforce development, qualification and apprenticeship solutions. His previous role led the growth and development of an industry-leading end-point assessment service, working with providers and employers across a range of sectors. Tad now works to help drive innovation and growth in the EPA and vocational education markets via software products and solutions.
